Primarily, VEENAmerica operates as a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. In many cases, equipment is owned by individual veterinary practices and sold directly to another practice. In some cases, VEENAmerica or Canmedical may own the equipment being sold, which will be clearly indicated in the listing.
When you find equipment you’d like to purchase, simply place your order through the website. Our team will review the order, calculate shipping costs, and send you a final invoice. Once payment is received, we coordinate with the seller to arrange shipment. Funds are held until you confirm that the equipment matches the listing description.
VEENAmerica manages the payment process to help protect both buyers and sellers. Sellers are not paid until the buyer receives the equipment and confirms that it matches the listing description. If an item is significantly different from what was advertised, it may be returned according to our return policy.
Contact our team to begin the listing process. We will provide a seller agreement outlining listing fees, commissions, and available options. Once the agreement is completed, you’ll submit photos and descriptions of your equipment. We handle the listing and coordinate the transaction when the item sells.
Not always. Many listings are simple marketplace transactions between veterinary practices. However, sellers may request equipment evaluations, appraisals, inspections, repairs, or refurbishment services through Canmedical before listing their equipment for sale.

Yes. In some situations, VEENAmerica and Canmedical may purchase equipment directly for resale. This option is often attractive for practices seeking a fast and straightforward sale without waiting for a buyer.

Most marketplace listings are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis unless otherwise stated. Some sellers may offer a warranty, and certain equipment may still be covered by a transferable manufacturer warranty. Any warranty information will be clearly stated in the listing.
